ifriends hack old but still works.... use firefox

2) Go to the desired fan page (not the live chat) and choose what you want to get or what is available (pic's, vid's, replay's, HD vid).

Right click on the frame in firefox, view source look for _12 because all high res pic's have the _12 on them. Copy that and paste it into another browser. Remove the _12 and you have a decent size screen grab of the HD video. If you like what you see and want to watch the video,
then change the filename to have FCM. at the beginning and _720P.WMV at the end. If you want to save it, create a simple HTML page with a link so you can right click save as. Change the numbers and you get more.

The base for obtaining a valid download link is to copy the url of the preview pic.
